Adopt TOS

i'll probably want one of these eventually so better soooner than later i guess!

By adopting a Kuniku from me, or having one gifted/traded etc to you, you agree to these terms:

Payment and Purchasing

• You will be invoiced via paypal for the full amount you agreed to pay.
• Payment is expected within 3 days. If payment is not received within this time frame the sale may be cancelled. You may have an extension on this time frame if you notify me you'll need one before the 3 days is up. 
• You may request a full refund for the adopt within 30 days of the payment completion.
• Payment will be requested in USD. 
• Once I have received the payment you will receive the full-size transparent image of the adopt.

Transferring the Adopt

• You may NOT resell the adopt for money.
• You MAY trade away the adopt, run a contest to give it away (drawing, writing etc), gift it to a friend etc- but you must note me to let me know the Kuniku is changing ownership.
  
• In the event of trading/gifting away your adopt, ensure the person receiving it is familiar with my TOS.
  

Design

• You may make minor changes to the design as long as it's still recognisable, e.g- making the design easier to draw, changing colour shades a bit.
  
• Any accessories can be added to the design as long as they're fitting with the canon Kuniku world (nothing advanced technologically- I'm not strict with this just don't go giving one a watch or an iPad or something), and any accessories can be removed. HOWEVER: you may not give your Kuniku armor or weapons unless it came with them, as these are only obtainable through the group. 
• Hairstyles (or lack thereof) may be changed however you'd like.
  
• You may use the design for other characters, e.g- making a horse character that uses the design, commissioning a custom of another species that uses the design.
• You may design your own human or anthro versions etc. of the Kuniku, keeping in mind that these are an AU version- not canon.

Use and credit

• The image of your adopt you receive from me after payment can be edited and altered to use as icons, banners, etc.
• You don't need to credit me for the species and design on every single image or every single use of it (although it's nice!), as long as you don't claim it as your own and let people know where you got it from if they ask.
